DUPLIN COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) – Two people are behind bars on overdose charges after Duplin County deputies found a dead man inside a home yesterday.
Deputies said they were called to a home on Powell Page Road and found 33-year-old Christopher Tucker dead from a fentanyl overdose.
Jordan Bass, 20, was charged with death by distribution, while 29-year-old Hailee Thompson was charged with conspiracy of death by distribution.
Both are being held in jail without bond.
